John B. Chandler, age 77, of Stone Mountain, died on Monday, Sept. 19, 2005. Funeral services will. be at 11 a.m. today, Sept. 21, at Horis A. Ward's Olde Town Chapel. Interment will follow at Green Meadow Memorial Gardens in Conyers. A native of Wilcox County, Mr. Chandler was a member of Annistown Baptist Church in. Stone Mountain. He is survived by wife, Louise Chandler of Stone Mountain; children, Sue and Steve Costley of Conyers, Larry and Adeline Chandler of Conyers, C.C. and Judy Chandler of Loganville, Linda and Tim Reynolds of Walnut Grove, Jeff and Donna Chandler of Cumming; 11 grandchildren; and 15 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in. death by his father, John Chandler, mother, Nettie Hampton and grandson., Michael Chandler. The family will receive friends on Tuesday, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the funeral home.
