JACK Jack Mann, age 68, of Conyers, died April 17, 2007 after a battle with cancer. He was the son of the late Otis Mercer Mann and Alice Ricks Mann. A native of Rockdale County, Mr. Mann graduated from Conyers High School in 1956. He was preceded in death by his wife, Joyce Pickens Mann and sister, Rachel Smith. Surviving are sons and daughters-in-law, Anthony and Cindy Mann, Danny and Shelley Mann, Hank and Deborah Mann, Kail and Sandy Mann all of Conyers; daughter and son-in-law, Sonya and Dwayne Thompson of Conyers; sisters, Mary Hawkins of Conyers, Evelyn and Calvin Potts of Panama City, FL; brothers, Robert and Martha Mann of Oxford, William Mann of Buckhead; nine grandchildren; two great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews; a host of other relatives and friends. A funeral service will be held 11 o'clock, Friday, April 20, in the chapel of Henry Funeral Home with Rev. Tommy Hinely officiating. Interment will follow at Hillandale Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 Thursday at Henry Funeral Home, Lithonia, 770-482-4411.
