Blanche Aikens, age 88 of Conyers, passed away Saturday, July 5, 2008. She was preceded in death by husband, Grady Aikens and daughter, June Worrell. She is survived by daughters, Mary Heflin, Conyers, Annie Ruth Ollis, Franklin, NC, Jo Ann Armstrong, Covington, Marcella Wies, Phoenix, AZ; sons, Roger Aikens, Oxford, Ricky Aikens, Eatonton, Billy Aikens, Covington, Randall Aikens, Conyers; 24 grandchildren; 53 great grandchildren; 10 great-great grandchildren. Mrs. Aikens was a member of New Life Praise Center in Lawrenceville. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, July 8, 2008 at Scot Ward's Harry White Chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Dr. W.H. Ollis Jr., and Dr. Roger Aikens officiating; interment will follow at Green Meadow Memorial Gardens.
