Margie M. Cobb, age 89 of Conyers passed away Saturday, March 28, 2009. She was preceded in death by husband, Thomas Cobb, sisters, Evelyn Thibadeow, Dorothy Perkins, Wilma Robbins and brothers, Luther McLaughlin and George McLaughlin. She is survived by son & daughter-in-law, Larry & Evelyn J. Brownley; son, Robbie Brownley; grandsons, Marlin Brownley and Galen "Bubba" Brownley. Mrs. Cobb was a member of Grace Covenant Presbyterian Church. She was employed by the Government Housing Authority as a secretary for over 50 years. She enjoyed spending her time at the Senior Center, Hydell and loved to sing and play the piano. Funeral services will be held Tuesday, March 31, 2009 at Scot Ward's Harry White Chapel at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. George Dameron officiating; interment will follow at Green Meadow Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends Monday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Condolences may be submitted on-line at www.scotward.com .
