Hilda and Bill Bishop of Duluth and Clyde Reagin of McCaysville, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Amy Reagin of Alexandria, Va., to Corey Ford of Alexandria, son of Kay and Harvey Spiegel of Campobello, S.C., and Ken and Cyndi Ford of Knoxville, Tenn.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Winnie and Earl Rogers of Lithonia and Glen and Louise Reagin of Epworth, Ga. She is a 1998 graduate of Salem High School. She is a 2002 graduate of the University of Georgia, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in psychology. She was also a member of Alpha Chi Omega sorority. She is a 2005 graduate of Wake Forest University, where she earned a master of arts degree in counseling and a 2008 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned a master of science degree in public health. She is currently employed with the National Business Group on Health as a program analyst in Washington, D.C.
The future groom is the grandson of Nancy Ford and the late Edwin Ford of Deerfield Beach, Fla., Cleve Miller and the late Evelina Miller of Hiddenite, N.C., Marion Williamson of Gainseville, Pat and Leona Vinzant of Wetumpka, Ala., and Lila Spiegel of Asheville, N.C. He is a 1998 graduate of Mauldin High School in Mauldin, S.C. He is a 2002 graduate of the University of South Carolina, where he earned a bachelor of arts degree in political science and a 2008 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he earned a master of health administration. He is currently employed with Avalere Health as a senior associate in Washington, D.C.
The couple plans to wed May 29 at Landrum United Methodist Church in Landrum, South Carolina.
