Mrs. Barbara Jean Young, age 73 of Conyers, died Thursday, July 15, 2010. She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Ida Bell Farmer. She is survived by her husband of 53 years, Clyde R. Young, Conyers; daughters and son-in-law, Wanda Cash, Conyers, Karen and Ron Bullington, Covington; sons and daughters-in-law, Randy and Patricia Young, Conyers, Calton and Jessica Young, Tyrone; brother and sister-in-law, Felton and Lillian Farmer, Covington; 14 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren. Mrs. Young was retired from Rockdale Medical Center and graduated from Conyers High School Class of 1956. She was a member of Philadelphia United Methodist Church. Funeral services will be held Saturday, July 17, 2010 at 3:30 p.m. at Scot Ward's Harry White Chapel with Mike Thomas officiating; interment will follow at Philadelphia United Methodist Churchyard.
