There wasn't a dry eye in the room so after culinary arts students at Rockdale Career Academy began slicing onions Monday in preparation for the annual United Way Barbeque lunch this week. Pictured above, RCA instructor Cathy Harris demonstrates to the class the correct method to cut the onions for the event Thursday. The RCA Culinary Arts program is partnering with Jim N' Nicks Barbeque for the fundraising event as part of the local United Way campaign.
