The narrow A-line skirt was accented with a chapel length train. The bride wore white cymbidium orchids in her hair. She carried a bouquet of beautiful white roses accented with brown berries and wrapped with white satin ribbon.

Following the ceremony the guests attended a reception at the beach residence of Mr. and Mrs. Lewis M. Perkins Jr. The couple two-tier ivory wedding cake was accented with white ribbons, and a small bouquet similar to the one carried by the bride crowned the top of the cake.

Following their wedding, the couple took a honeymoon trip to St. John, U.S. Virgin Island. The couple now resides in Thomaston, Ga.

Prior to the wedding, a dinner party and shower were given for the couple by Mr. and Mrs. James Florence, Mr. and Mrs. Ryan Florence, Mr. and Mrs. Levy Youmans, Mr. and Mrs. Brandon Youmans, Mr. and Mrs. Richard Holland and Mr. and Mrs. Shannon Britt at the home of Mr. and Mrs. James Florence in Atlanta.
