This poor little guy was saved to be the darling of someone. He was the long survivor when his mother and little mates were abandoned on the side of the road and hit by a car. He's an Australian Shepard mix and is approximately 7 weeks old. He'll weight about 60 pounds as an adult. He can be rescued and adopted at Rockdale County Animal Care and Control Shelter at 1506 Rockbridge Road in Conyers. At the Rockdale shelter adoption fees for dogs are $30 and $20 for cats.
Spaying or neutering is required for adoption.
The shelter is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. The phone number is 770-278-8403.
