CONYERS -- The Helping Hands Education Outreach and Clinic in Lakeview Estates will offer free diabetes screenings that will focus on foot ailments Tuesday.
Janice Morris, who operates the free health clinic with her husband, Tolbert, said Dr. Howard Bryant of Absolute Foot and Ankle in Decatur will perform podiatric examinations for those suffering from diabetes.
The clinic, located at 1733 Lake Rockaway Road, will accept patients for the examinations that day beginning at 10 a.m. The clinic will also accept appointments made by telephone.
Also, Morris said the clinic has obtained free flu vaccination vouchers to give to anyone who needs them. The vouchers are good at any Target store pharmacy.
