Ms. Carol Westphal of Conyers and Mr. Gary Westphal of Lithonia announce the engagement of their daughter, Kristin Anise Westphal, to Robert Daniel Heller, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ken Heller of Conyers.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ms. Pat Dewberry and the late Mr. Lewis Grabhorn of Griffin and the late Mr. and Mrs. Gerald Westphal of Decatur. She is a 2002 graduate of Rockdale County High School. She is a graduate of Georgia Southern University, where she earned a bachelor of science degree in health services and a master's degree in health services administration. She is currently employed with Amedisys Home Health in Macon.
The future groom is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. Larry Swink of Griffin and the late Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Heller of Decatur. He is a 2002 graduate of Rockdale County High School and a graduate of Georgia Southern University, where he earned a bachelor of science degree in mathematics. He is currently completing a master's degree in environmental engineering from Johns Hopkins University. He is currently employed with Hodges, Harbin, Newberry & Tribble, Inc., as an environmental scientist in Macon.
The couple plans to wed in May in lakeside ceremony.
