Hannah Fleming of "Have an Ice Day" cleans the new clear carbonate rink wall. This is a new feature at the rink allowing in certain area's for handicapped friendly viewing of the people skating on the rink. The rink opens on Nov. 18th. In the foreground are header pipes that pumps antifreeze thru the rink chilling system. The ice rink is offering pee wee hockey and an incentive program for students of the month of local schools this year. For more information, go to www.icedays.com.
CONYERS — Hannah Fleming of “Have an Ice Day” cleans the new clear carbonate rink wall. This is a new feature at the rink allowing in certain area’s for handicapped friendly viewing of the people skating on the rink. The rink opens Friday, Nov. 18, and stay open for the next four months.
Dan and Carmelia Ferguson have run ice skating in Olde Town for 15 years and are offering pee wee hockey and an incentive program for students of the month of local schools this year at the rink. For more information, go to www.icedays.com.
