CONYERS -- Rep. Dar'shun Kendrick will hold a map view and information session Monday concerning the newly drawn district lines for state representatives and senators and members of Congress.
The meeting will be held from 6 to 6:45 p.m. Monday, Sept. 26, in the Council Chambers at the Conyers City Hall, located at 1184 Scott St. The public is invited to attend to find out more about reapportionment.
Kendrick, D-Lithonia, won election to the 91st House district last year, succeeding former Rep. Randall Mangham. Before reapportionment her district included the city of Conyers and surrounding areas.
Her district now covers parts of DeKalb and south Gwinnett counties and does not include any Rockdale County precincts.
A second meeting is planned for the same night from 7 to 7:45 p.m. at the Lithonia Davidson Library at 6821 Church St., Lithonia.

With the new reapportionment we might not have to have polititicians with apostrophies in thier names. Thank God.
