Jefferson “Jeff” Michael Sullivan of Mansfield, GA passed away Thursday March 29, 2012. He was born on February 8, 1985 in Covington, GA to William Scott Sullivan and Lisa Renee Hammons Henderson. He was a loving husband, father, and son. Mr. Sullivan is survived by wife Heather Sullivan of Mansfield, GA; father and step-mother William Scott and Susan Sullivan of McDonough, GA; mother and step-father Lisa Renee and Chuck Henderson of Mansfield, GA; sons Harley Sullivan, Lucas Sullivan both of Mansfield, GA; sisters April Sullivan of Covington, GA, Nicole Sullivan of Locust Grove, GA, Kelly Henderson of Covington, GA; brother Michael Stevenson of Locust Grove, GA; grandparents Diane Spurling and W.J. Sullivan of Conyers, GA, Lois Stephenson of Arkansas; numerous other close family members. Services will be held at 2:00PM on Thursday April 5, 2012 at Solid Rock Baptist Church with Rev. Mike Franklin officiating. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Wednesday, April 4, 2012 from 6:00-8:00PM. Guests may sign the online register book at www.wheelerfuneralhome.com.
