"The depiction of Mr. Romney in Scrawls in todays paper was pathetic. How about some like pics of Mr. Obama. Everything I have learned of Mr. Romney has been positive. We know a lot about Mr. Obama and most is not good."----"Ever wonder why we have unethical and illegal acts at the national levels of politics? It all starts here at home, folks, when we elect candidates who, in the dead of night, blanket voting precincts with their signs and remove signs of opposing candidates. To what shameful lengths will some candidates go to get elected? WAKE UP VOTERS!"----"This is to the gentleman who wondered what a Kardashian was. It is an ancient Greek word meaning huge butt attached to a body of loose morals."----"So they are saying that the Sheriff Department is short handed. I got a good idea, take their (inmates at the jail) 3-star, 3 meals a day (and) give them a boiled egg and a biscuit for breakfast, for lunch ham sandwich and for dinner leftovers. I say this in respect to our officers that have to skip their meals maybe 3 times a week. If they don't work they don't eat if they can't walk while I work in 100 heat index. I got to work to eat so should they. Its sad to know that if I go to jail my wife could go get food stamps and health care for my

kids. But I bust my tail everyday and don't have half what the inmates got."----"Bojangles on Hwy 278, if you not going to be fair to all customers, then remove the TVs. A black customer was bullied by management and customers after he requested the onr TV remain on the news while President Obama was speaking. The channel was turned and the black customer was told if he said another word the police would be called. This happen on the 8the of August around noon."----"I hope that Wesley Dowdy realizes that his divisive hateful ads were inappropriate and unnecessary. If you're at a wedding, yeah, seal the wedding with a kiss, but not at Chick-fil-A. That's pathetic."----"I just wanted to make a comment about Chick-fil-A about how they handled the protest and everything. I think they've done it with dignity and class which is more than I can say for the kiss-in people. I think if they intended to do that to help relationships with the community, they've failed. I think they're conduct was despicable, some of them."----"Thank you to Mr. Fred Wheeler for his excellent response to Mr. Carter regarding the T-Splost. He says very succinctly exactly what i think. It was an excellent letter."----"My child was picked by the lottery to go to Newton County Theme School for kindergarten. Me and my wife and child went out and purchased six uniforms, all khaki pants and skorts and red and white and blue shirts, also white shoes, and along with school supplies about $60 worth for her first day. Friday I paid $24 for lunches. On Tuesday I paid $10 for Sprit Day snacks, $19 for two shirts and a jersey and $7 for something else. And on Wednesday, I got an order for school pictures. So here I sit waiting for my money tree to grow up. I hope soon. Having her at school at 7:30 is a real eyeopener. I work on the second shift."
