Grace Goddard, age 84, of Lithonia, passed away on Monday, August 13, 2012. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, August 15, 2012, at Advantage Funeral & Cremation Services, Conyers Chapel (formerly Horis A. Ward, Rockdale Chapel), at 11:00 a.m., with Nelson Goddard officiating. Interment will follow at Philadelphia Baptist Church Cemetery in Lithonia. A Georgia native, Mrs. Goddard was a homemaker and a member of the Gospel Mission, in Covington. She is survived by: daughter, Mary Nell Frazier, of Conyers; son, James Goddard, of Conyers; 4 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren; sister, Eunice Tootle, of Reidsville; many nieces & nephews. She was preceded in death by husband, Carl James Goddard. The family will receive friends Tuesday, from 6:00 to 8:00 at the funeral home.
