Rockdale Citizen
Mike Sellers and wife, Deborah, share a sweet moment Saturday at the Hometown Holiday Parade in Olde Town. Sellers, who has led the parade for the Rockdale County Sheriff’s Office on a motorcycle for many years, is planning to retire at the end of December, according to his daughter, Erika Sellers, who shared this photo with the Citizen. Sellers, who holds the rank of lieutenant over the Community Policing Unit, has been in law enforcement for 31 years. Saturday’s parade was his last as an officer with the RCSO. Today marks the couple’s 37th wedding anniversary.
