Staff Photos: Sue Ann Kuhn-Smith Zion Ross is taking part in a summer dance camp this week at Conyers School of Ballet in Olde Town. Ross is shown here performing an exercise designed to strengthen leg muscles. The dance camp has been offered since 1989 at the studio that opened in Conyers in 1980. Conyers School of Ballet is owned by Hallie Cullen and Judy Mauran, who said the camp for 4- and 5-year-olds is a good way for parents to gauge if their child is ready for the commitment of ballet. Anyone interested in registering for fall classes is invited to an open house on Saturday, July 21, 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. For more information call 770 483-5280 or visit www.conyersschoolofballet.net.
