New addition at library

Three-year-old Rayce Vaughn, great grandson of the late Judge Clarence Vaughn, makes the acquaintance of the sculpture donated to the library in the judge's memory. The sculpture was designed by Beau Smith, who has created many similar sculptures that can be seen in the area, including the Atlanta Botanical Gardens.
