Evelyn Coker
Mrs. Evelyn Coker, age 87 of Conyers, died Friday, June 15, 2012. She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Bessie Irwin, son, Michael Coker. She is survived by her husband of 67 years, Harold Coker; son and daughter-in-law, Charles and Cathie Coker, Monroe; daughter and son-in-law, Pat and Danny Jones, Lithonia; sister, Rachel Fisher, Decatur; grandchildren, Matthew and Stephanie Jones, Atlanta, Andrew and Melinda Coker, Braselton, Mandi and Paul Oeland, Covington, Jonathan and Jennie Coker, Carrollton, Jennifer and Charlton Clayton, Jefferson, Amy Cook, Indianapolis, IN; great-grandchildren, Hali Clayton, Patrick Jones, Katie Coker, Madison Cook, Joseph Oeland, Lincoln Oeland; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Sunday, June 17, 2012 at 3:30 p.m. at Scot Ward’s Green Meadow Chapel with Bro. J. Clifton Brown officiating; interment will follow at Center Hill Baptist Church Cemetery, Loganville. Family will receive friends from 1 until 3:30 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
