Harlem-Byrd Engagement
Hunt -- Byrd
Jimmy and Susan Hunt of Harlem, Ga., announce the engagement of their daughter, Elizabeth Hunt of Harlem, to Travis Byrd of Oxford, son of Mike and Diane Byrd of Oxford.
The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Billy and Shirley Carithers and Henry Lee Hunt and the late Lily Hunt. She is a graduate of Young Harris College and Georgia College and State University.
The future groom is the grandson of Evelyn Byrd and the late Wilbur Byrd and the late Herschel and Louise Seay. He is a graduate of Young Harris College and Georgia College and State University.
The couple plans to wed Aug. 11 at Harlem United Methodist Church in Harlem.
