Hazel Kerbow
Hazel Kerbow of Conyers, GA passed away Saturday May 12, 2012 at At Home Hospice in Conyers, GA. She was born on May 5, 1937 in Conyers, GA to Gordon and Nannie Ruth Bell Collins. She was a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother. Mrs. Kerbow is survived by her husband of 60 years Richard Kerbow of Conyers, GA; children Ricky Kerbow, Connie Kerbow Carter, Ronnie Kerbow, Cheryl Kerbow Young; 8 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; brother John Forrest (Stumpy) Collins; several nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents Gordon and Nannie Ruth Bell Collins, brother Kermit Collins, and sister Emma Durden. Services will be held at 2:00PM on Tuesday May 15, 2012 in the chapel of Wheeler Funeral Home with Rev. Ken Smith and Rev. Joe Kerbow officiating. Interment will be in Green Meadow Memorial Garden. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Monday May 14, 2012 from 2:00-4:00PM and 6:00-8:00PM. Flowers are accepted or donations may be made to Community Church of Praise at 10 Birds Crossing Covington GA. 30016. Guests may sign the online register book at www.wheelerfuneralhome.com. Ricky and Cheryl- so sorry to read about this tonight. She was a fine southern lady and she raised all of you right and from the stories Ricky told--that was no easy task!! She will be missed.
