Rebekah Dawn “Bekah” Trowell, age 25, of Conyers, passed away on Sunday, May 13, 2012, from a brain aneurysm. Funeral services will be held on Thursday, May 17, 2012, at Horis A. Ward’s Rockdale Chapel, at 2:00 p.m., with Pastor Bill Mueller & Pastor Ron Long officiating. Interment will follow at Fairview Memorial Gardens, in Stockbridge. Bekah loved life and would light up a room with her beautiful smile. Even though her life was short, she had a part in many people’s life and each of us is a better person for having known her. Bekah’s favorite quote was “The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams,” by Eleanor Roosevelt. She was loved and will be greatly missed by her parents, Randy & Cheryl Trowell, of Conyers; sister, Hayley Trowell, of Conyers; grandparents, Joe Waldrop, of Conyers and Herbert & Beverly Trowell, of Eatonton; aunt & uncle, Sherry & Steve Waldrop, of Snellville; cousins, Joe, Tricia & Brad Waldrop, all of Bethlehem and Ben, Katie and Amy Avery, all of Lawrenceville. She was preceded in death by her grandmother, Jerri Waldrop. The family will receive friends Wednesday, from 5 to 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
