Mrs. Gloria Joyce Garner White age 81 of Conyers, GA passed away on May 13, 2012. Mrs. White retired from Keebler Bakery in 1976. She was a member of Philadelphia United Methodist Church in Conyers. She loved walking, the outdoors, plants and her church. Mrs. White was preceded in death by her son Charles E. “Eddie” White, Jr. She is survived by her husband Charles E. “Ed” White, Sr. of Conyers; daughter-in-law Elaine White of Millington, TN; grandsons Scott White, Marc and Lee Ann White; 3 great grandchildren Chandler White, Britton White, Marlee White; sisters-in-law Mary Ann White Free of Taylorsville, GA and Annette White of Powder Springs; several nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends on Thursday, May 17, 2012 from 11:00AM until service time which begins at 1:00PM in the Chapel of Wheeler Funeral Home. Interment will be in Green Meadow Memorial Gardens in Conyers. Rev. David Collins will officiate the services. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Philadelphia United Methodist Church, 2194 Hightower Trail, Conyers, Georgia 30012.
