Rodney Miles, left, and Shawn Hicks, employees of Natural Enclosures Fence Company LLC of Stockbridge, are working to replace fencing along an 8-mile stretch on Interstate 20 westbound, between exits 74 and 84. The two men were working Monday to replace the chain link that has been hit by cars. The state Department of Transportation project is expected to take about two months to complete. The workers said cars frequently hit the fencing when turning onto the access road from a city or county street. Staff Photo: Sue Ann Kuhn-Smith
