I have serious doubt that these GOVT schools all get 100s, and the non -GOVT restaurants dont for legitimate reasons. It is totally rediculous that the govt gets indpect its own entities without supervision. I would bet folding money that these inspectors get a big thanks at christmas time from the schools. I ate school slop for 12 years in Rockdale, and I have an extremely difficult time believing that school kitchens are more clean than restaurants.
