Rockdale County 4-H recently took 16 middle and high school 4-H members to District Project Achievement at Rock Eagle 4-H Center. DPA has two parts to the competition, a portfolio section, which is an extended resume of activities done throughout the year in a project area, and a presentation part in front of two judges. The members represented Rockdale County, bringing home three third-place winners, one second-place winner and one first-place winner.
