Mr. Wilbur Black, age 65 of Loganville, died Tuesday, February 19, 2013. He was preceded in death by his parents, Theodore and Ella Black and brother, J.T. Black. He is survived by his wife, Judy Black, Loganville; daughter and son-in-law, Wendy and Mike Nelson, Monticello; grandchildren, Tyler Spain and Alexis Spain, both of Loganville; several brothers and sisters-in-law; nieces and nephews. Mr. Black was a veteran of the United States Marine Corps serving during the Vietnam War. He was a member of Center Hill Baptist Church. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 23, 2013 at 12:00 p.m. at Center Hill Baptist Church, 6372 GA Highway 20, Loganville with Dr. J.B. Graham officiating; the body will lie in state from 11:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. Interment will follow at Philadelphia United Methodist Church Cemetery, Conyers.
