CONYERS -- The Conyers Police Department is seeking the public's input on their interaction and experiences with Conyers police officers through an anonymous online service satisfaction survey.
The goal of the survey is to measure levels of citizen concern for safety, levels of police performance, public confidence in the department as well as to provide an opportunity for the public to comment on police performance. The survey is intended for the public to evaluate the Conyers Police Department on services provided from Jan. 1, 2012 through Dec. 31, 2012.
"The role our community plays in evaluating us directly correlates to our department's success," said Chief Gene Wilson. "We are conducting this survey to help us become more effective in our efforts to keep the community safe and want to thank those that give a few minutes of their time to respond to this survey."
The online survey will be conducted through Sunday, March 31. The link for the survey is http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/CPDSurveyfor2012 and the survey link is also posted on www.conyerspolice.com.
Any questions regarding the survey should be directed to Capt. Derek Parker at 770-929-4293 or derek.parker@conyersga.gov.
