Rockdale Sheriff's Office arrests 4 on drug charges

CONYERS -- Four men were arrested on drug and other charges after deputies with the Rockdale County Sheriff's Office went to a south Rockdale residence to serve an arrest warrant in an unrelated case.

According to a report by the RCSO, deputies went to 2876 Stanton Road on May 27 to serve a warrant for Larenzo Antwan Fuller on a charge of felony theft by receiving stolen property. When officers arrived, they reportedly saw five or six people who were standing outside quickly run toward the house. Officers gave chase and the people ran into the house, leaving the front door open.

Officers entered the house and reported smelling a strong odor of marijuana coming from several areas of the house. Deputies ordered those inside the house to get down on the floor while they searched for Larenzo Fuller.

The suspect was located in a back bedroom along with two other men. Based on the odor of marijuana and drug-related items lying about in plain sight, the officers seized the house and all parties were detained.

A search warrant for the house was obtained, and investigators found a total of four baggies of marijuana and a 380 caliber semi-automatic pistol.Larenzo Antwan Fuller, 20, of 2876 Stanton Road, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm during commission of a crime.

Howard Terez Fuller, 22, of the same Stanton Road address, was charged with possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce and misdemeanor tampering with evidence. Khalid Ayinde Kotey Davis, 19, of 250 Sagemore Ct., was also charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and probation violation, and Terry Giovanni Blair, 18, of 2712 West Port Lane, was charged with possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana.

Excellent work! I frequently drive Stanton Rd and have noticed this "thug" den for some time. The various individuals that I have observed at this residence suggested to me that nefarious activities were likely occurring. My assumptions have been confirmed.

This property is owned by a Real Estate Venture company out of Suwanee, GA - Rental income owing no allegiance to betterment of the community. These entities and individuals such as these should do a better job of filtering the people to whom they choose to rent their properties.

In this case, my assumption is a "gang of thugs" with no reported legal income, but receiving various channels of governemnt redistribution of wealth so they can steal from the community in which they live and run "green folding no withholding" undesirable enterprises.

I don't think it's out of the question to require rental agencies to post contact information on the mailboxes of rentals. These agencies should be accountable for the activities and community impact of their renters. We would demand the same of any other business that operated in a neighborhood.
