CONYERS -- Four men were arrested on drug and other charges after deputies with the Rockdale County Sheriff's Office went to a south Rockdale residence to serve an arrest warrant in an unrelated case.
According to a report by the RCSO, deputies went to 2876 Stanton Road on May 27 to serve a warrant for Larenzo Antwan Fuller on a charge of felony theft by receiving stolen property. When officers arrived, they reportedly saw five or six people who were standing outside quickly run toward the house. Officers gave chase and the people ran into the house, leaving the front door open.
Officers entered the house and reported smelling a strong odor of marijuana coming from several areas of the house. Deputies ordered those inside the house to get down on the floor while they searched for Larenzo Fuller.
The suspect was located in a back bedroom along with two other men. Based on the odor of marijuana and drug-related items lying about in plain sight, the officers seized the house and all parties were detained.
A search warrant for the house was obtained, and investigators found a total of four baggies of marijuana and a 380 caliber semi-automatic pistol.Larenzo Antwan Fuller, 20, of 2876 Stanton Road, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a firearm during commission of a crime.
Howard Terez Fuller, 22, of the same Stanton Road address, was charged with possession of marijuana less than 1 ounce and misdemeanor tampering with evidence. Khalid Ayinde Kotey Davis, 19, of 250 Sagemore Ct., was also charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute and probation violation, and Terry Giovanni Blair, 18, of 2712 West Port Lane, was charged with possession of less than 1 ounce of marijuana.
