First on the scene: Baby girl first to say 'hello' to new year
Caroline Leigh McBay grabbed bragging rights as the first baby born in Rockdale County in 2010. Baby Caroline came into the world at 4:48 a.m. Friday. She was born six weeks premature and weighed a little more than 4 pounds at The Birth Place at Rockdale Medical Center.
