Bud Sosebee, left, accepts the Charles P. Cole Citizen Involvement of the Year from Rockdale County Commission Chairman Richard Oden during the annual State of the County address. Sosebee was a co-recipient with Tommy Clack for their their efforts in building the Walk of Heroes memorial in north Rockdale County. World War II veteran and Tuskegee Airman Val Archer looks on.
