Wendy Moseley a Rockdale citizen does her early voting at the Parker Rd. main precinct this Monday. Moseley has two children ages 12 & 7 who she brought with her because she wanted them to see the importance of being responsible and voting. Moseley has studied the candidates and Board of Education being of special interest to her because of her children. Moseley has voted "No" to T-Splost.
