Mr. Autry is a fine administrator. And will do well during an interim search for a new Superintendent. But he needs to go outside to grow, just as Dr. King will. We need a search for a system leader that will bring more new ideas and experience to take the system up another notch...Not just more of the same. When the time for change comes, it needs to be real change.
